My name is Mrs. Cindy Roberts. I am the guidance counselor for Aquin, Xavier, Hennessy, and St. Paul schools. I work with students individually and with teachers to help students be successful. I also have the opportunity to teach all of the students twice a month. Each month is a new topic such as bullying, problem solving, friendship, and study skills. At Xavier, we are now a PBIS school. PBIS stands for Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports. We will be working to set up common behavior expectations for our school along with ways to celebrate good student behavior.
